AusEBike current range of electric bicycles (motor assisted pedal cycles) all have pedals and a 200watt motor that can provide speeds of approximately 25km/hr. They also have removable batteries, for ease of charging or swapping batteries. These electric bicycles are legal to ride on the road without license or registration. Just like any bicycle, the rider needs to wear a bicycle helmet. All are supplied with an Australian Standards Approved battery charger.
